In-Year Application 2024/25

We currently have spaces in our school!

If you wish to make an application, for your child/children to join Servite RC Primary School, please complete the following:

School's Supplementary Information Form (Click here for form)
Certificate of Catholic Practice (you can obtain the certificate from the Priest at the Parish where you normally worship)
Baptism Certificate
Proof of home address (Which includes: a council tax bill, utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)

Once the form is completed please send the documents above to the school office.
